Two Week conditioning program – Mandatory Attendance begins on July 16th. Monday through Thursdays 7pm to 8:30pm. Please bring running shoes along with your other field hockey gear, though we may not use field hockey equipment too much.

(If you have other events conflicting with attendance, you will be excused from attending. )
