The Great Oak Field Hockey team was the first high school team to be established in the Temecula Valley Unified School District and surrounding Riverside county areas. While field hockey was being played by our San Diegan neighbors to the south, there were absolutely no opportunities for aspiring players to play the third most popular sport in the world! Through the hard work of volunteers, support of school administration, and perseverance abounding, Great Oak High School had their inaugural season in 2015.
